Electronic invoice management: all in one panel

The problemNo customer of the service could see the state of their own invoices, so every question became a support ticket.

Electronic invoice management goes through a system that talks directly to the Italian Revenue Agency. A-Cube offers that system to companies, in pay-per-use packages. Those who bought it, however, had to ask A-Cube to find out how their own invoices stood: there was no panel to look inside on their own.

The panel

We built it in React.js, integrated with the A-Cube APIs, so the data stays aligned between the invoicing system and what the user has in front of them.

What you see depends on the company role of whoever logs in: each person gets to the operations they are allowed to perform and to the data that concerns them.

What people do when they open it

They check the status of their own outgoing and incoming invoices, one by one, and manage their own subscriptions.

For A-Cube it means that invoice monitoring and subscription management no longer go through technical support: the customer does them, from their panel.
