I founded dotenv in 2020 to build real products, not projects that end up shelved.

Neurally came out of that too. We were already working on artificial intelligence, and we realised we had something of our own to say on it, an idea that changes the game for our clients. I built it with the same principles we work by every day, and in a way I care about: dotenv’s people became co-founders. I call it distributed entrepreneurship.
When a client entrusts us with a project, I promise to tell them when they are wrong. If you are looking for yes-men, look elsewhere. And we turn down a job when that respect is missing.
In our projects my place is in strategy, in thinking, and above all in simplification. I know we’ve done it well when we’re proud of having built it and we want to talk about it.
The work continues after release: defects we fix under warranty, and whoever wants someone to answer when needed can take the support service, with the times in writing.
We’re in Ferrara: it’s our headquarters, nothing more. Today there are 11 of us, since 2020, with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification.
