Fifteen vans carrying hundreds of spare parts, and nobody knew what was on which one.
Scrap was traded on the phone and settled on a spreadsheet, with no way to know who you were dealing with.
If you have ever browsed an intuitive website or piece of software without a hitch, or interacted with a digital product without thinking twice about how to use it, then you have experienced the power of a good UX/UI process.
Our UX/UI process is a series of software design phases and activities aimed at creating a successful digital experience.
Software design begins with understanding users’ needs. We gather information through interviews, surveys, competitor analysis and market research.
We identify the target users and create the so-called “user personas”, which are representative of the various target categories and respect their needs and goals. This is very important so as not to lose the focus on “user centered design”.
We organise the content and structure of the product in a logical and intuitive way. This phase may involve creating wireframes or low-fidelity prototypes.
Building on the results of the previous phase, we create an attractive and functional user interface. This includes the choice of colour palette, of typefaces and the hierarchical arrangement of the elements.
Our software designers work with the developers to turn the design into a working product. Tests are carried out to identify and solve any problems.
We involve real users to assess the usability of the product.
Through in-person or remote sessions we assess the way a target user interacts with the software. This provides valuable feedback for making improvements.
The UX/UI process is cyclical. Building on the feedback and the data collected, we make constant improvements to ensure that the user experience remains relevant and at the cutting edge.
We are here.
