What happens if it goes wrong?

Five commitments that apply to every custom project: who owns the code, how you stop, who fixes defects, how maintenance works, who works on it. In the contract each one becomes a clause.

  1. The code is yours

The source code belongs to whoever paid for the work, and it stays yours even if one day you choose another supplier.

  2. You can stop at any phase

At the end of each phase you decide whether to fund the next one. If you stop, you keep what has been done.

  3. If something does not work, we fix it

We fix at our own cost the defects of the software we deliver, as the legal warranty requires.

  4. Maintenance can have guaranteed times

Response times and hours are written into the maintenance agreement, which is separate and paid, and they can also apply during the warranty period.

  5. The project does not rest on one person

At least two people work on every project and there is written documentation: if someone is away, the work goes on.

Certifications and data

We are certified ISO 9001 for quality and ISO 27001 for information security. When we use artificial intelligence, data passes only through private AI services of our own, never through external services.
